🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic nature of baby products and safety regulations regarding dummy clips, our return policy is as follows:

1. Change of Mind

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once the item has been dispatched or the packaging has been opened. We encourage you to review your color and style choices carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

Your child’s safety is our priority. If your dummy clip arrives damaged or shows a manufacturing fault:

• Please contact us within 7days of receipt at Littletinytotsuk@gmail.com

• Include your order number and a clear photo of the defect.

• If the item is deemed faulty, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement.

3. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. Once an order has entered the processing/handmaking stage, it can no longer be cancelled.

• Never leave a child unattended while using a dummy clip.

• Always remove the clip while the child is sleeping.

• Inspect the clip before every use and discard immediately at the first sign of wear or damage.
